Refattened Fat Free Avocado Mayo Veggie Burgers

you need:
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp fat free Miracle Whip
1 tsp chives

dash of:
smoked paprika
cayenne
pepper
salt

pepper
lemon juice

mix all.

2 of your favorite veggie patties, ready to eat, however you cook 'em.
I only use Zoglos Tender Meatless Burgers, cooked in 1 tbsp of olive oil, medium heat, for 4 mins on each side. Since it's not a juicy patty, feel free to press on it so the outside browns and crisps up a bit. I use an iron press to add a little weight on the patty. Don't turn it into a crepe!*

1 small Montreal-style bagel, whole wheat, multi-grain cinnamon raisin, or something that's not all white flour. Toast by placing it in the oven, split, face up, directly on the grill if you keep it clean enough, and broil until golden.

Pile them together open face sandwich style starting with bagel, moderate ring of horseradish sauce, patty, Avocado Mayo on top, and EAT. What, no top bun? NO! Sacrilège! It would send the mayo squirting out everywhere, leaving you wondering if everyone can see that whitish crusty stain on your pants.

final nurd word: fresh and delectable, add 1 chopped tspn fresh cilantro or basil to the mayo next time.

*meatless smushed patty-crèpe hey oh! That might be good paired with some Bavarian hashbrowns.. Superbowl breakfast perhaps?

The Backwards Recipes

I haven't been posting, I forget which font I'm supposed to use. As of now, posts will forever go backwards as I catalog my good and not-so good recipes from the past. To confuse even more, I'll be taking frequent trips to present day cooking.

I've since discovered these do not agree with me: ALL milk products (Milk is in Butter, but yes I can eat eggs, which is not a milk product), some soy products, instant rice, too much white flour, and anything too artificial or deep fried. Whoohoo! Onwards goes the food saga.
